Vegan Neapolitan Banana Bread

Serves 6 slices


Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Bake Me Healthy Banana Bread & Muffin Plant-Based Baking Mix

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/3 cup coconut yogurt (or oil)

  • 2 tbsp of cacao powder

  • 1/2 chopped vegan chocolate bar

  • 1 cup of frozen strawberries


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix the banana bread mix with almond milk and yogurt.

  3. Pour 1/3 of the batter into a silicone silicone loaf baking dish.

  4. Take 1/2 of the leftover batter and mix it with cacao and chocolate bar.

  5. Top the first layer with the chocolate layer.

  6. Heat the strawberries for 1:30 minutes on the microwave and smash with a fork.

  7. Mix the leftover banana bread batter with strawberries.

  8. Top the chocolate layer with the strawberry batter.

  9. Bake for 32-40 minutes and let it cool down.

  10. Cut into 6 slices and  enjoy!
