Neapolitan Cookie Crunch Ice Cream Cake

Serves 4
Ingredients
Crumble Topping
1/3 cup of crushed freeze dried strawberries
1/3 cup of favorite crushed graham cookies
2 tbsp of crushed chocolate
3 tbsp of sugar-free maple syrup
Instructions.
Place a layer of the chocolate ice cream in the bottom of a silicone loaf dish and freeze for 2 hours.
Repeat this step with the other two ice cream flavors, but before freezing the first layer prepare the crumble topping.
Mix the ingredients for the crumble and top ice cream cake with it.
Freeze for a few hours or overnight.
Slice and enjoy!
