Olive Oil Peach Salted Vanilla Ice Cream

Serves 1
Ingredients
1 pint of Halo Top Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
1 peach
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp of granulated monk fruit
2 tsp of extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch of sea salt flakes
Instructions.
Wash and slice the peaches.
Drizzle vanilla extract and sprinkle granulated monk fruit over the peaches.
Air fry the peaches for 9 minutes at 350F and then let it cool down completely.
Serve ice cream in a little bowl, top with peaches, olive oil and sea salt.
Enjoy!
