Perfect for every fitness chocolate lover as well! To keep it extra fun I added some coconut and Rise Bars protein bars and their grass-fed mocha protein powder as my key ingredients. So simple and easy to make, a tastebud pleaser.
This is my iconic easy Olympic Village Protein Muffins recipe, simple and epic combo that you need to make during no matter the season... this is not your regular dessert muffin recipe... this is healthier and lower in sugar than the average dessert muffin recipe and super easy to make and high protein.

This recipe overall is refine ingredient free recipe... healthier as well. I used some oat flour, Rise Bar Chocolately Coconut Protein Bar and their Grass-Fed Almond Chocolate Protein powder, greek yogurt, eggs, chocolate nut butter spread, sugar-free chocolate chips and granulated monk fruit.

Olympic Village Protein Muffins

Serves 9 muffins
Ingredients
Chocolate Ganache
1 cup of vanilla greek yogurt
2 scoops of Rise Bar grass-fed almond chocolate protein
2 tbsp of chocolate nut butter spread
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, except for the bars and chocolate chips.
Place the bananas in a bowl and microwave for 1:30 minutes.
Add the wet ingredients.
Fold in the chopped bars and chocolate chips (save some chocolate chips for the topping).
Transfer the batter into 9 silicone muffin cups.
Bake for 25 minutes and let them cool down.
Mix the ingredients for the ganache.
Make a hole on the top of each muffin, add the ganache using a piping bag.
