We are showing some love to all my cookies and cream and baking enthusiasts... this recipe is for you! But with that I also wanted to include my personal, an extra healthy but still delicious twist by just adding some Prozis Protein Pancake Mix in Cookies and Cream (PURELYHL for discount) and Sundays crushed zero creme cookie (keto oreos).

Keeping it extra delicious, healthy and just epic by adding some Sundays crushed zero creme cookie (keto oreos) cookies on top, and cookies and cream protein pancake mix from Prozis (PURELYHL for discount), and also some homemade sugar-free glaze, I know!

The base is made with simple ingredients, and all made with pancake mix with a generous amount of Sundays crushed zero creme cookie (keto oreos), simple low sugar and high protein, and of course, some Prozis Protein Pancake Mix in Cookies and Cream (PURELYHL for discount).

"Oreo" Protein Donut Holes

Serves 23 donut holes


Ingredients

Donut Holes

  • 1/3 cup of Prozis Cookies and Cream Protein Pancake Mix (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1/3 cup of organic vanilla whey protein

  • 1 tsp of baking soda

  • 1/4 cup of Rx Sugar alullose

  • 1 tsp of vanilla

  • 1/3 cup of water

  • 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar

  • 3 Sundays crushed zero creme cookie (keto oreos)

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Glazing

  • 1 cup of powdered Rx Sugar alullose (blend regular alullose)

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the ingredients for the donut holes and pour the batter into 23 cake pop silicone molds.

  3. Bake for 10 minutes.

  4. Mix all the ingredients for the glaze and cover each donut hole in it. Top with crushed cookies.

  5. Refrigerate for a couple of minutes and enjoy!
