Peach & Biscoff Cookie Bars

Serves 8 large cookies
Ingredients
2/3 cup of coconut flour
1 tsp of baking powder
2/3 of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)
1/3 cup of unsweetened yogurt
1 whole egg
1 tsp of vanilla extract
3/4 cup of chopped peaches
2 tbsp of sugar-free white chocolate chips
2 biscoff cookies
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all the dry ingredients for the cookies.
Add the wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.
Press the dough into one silicone baking loaf dish.
Top with peaches, white chocolate chips and biscoff.
Bake for 25-28 minutes.
