Peaches N' Cream Popsicles (Keto & Paleo)

One must fo the summer/spring weather, a popsicle mold! Now that the weather screams for cooler and refreshing recipes I thought I might just share this simple and delicious popsicle recipe featuring some frozen peaches!

The other day I bought some the farmers market, ripe and juicy! Sliced them and freeze them to have them in smoothies, desserts or in this case these amazing Peaches N' Cream Popsicles. Easy peasy recipe that will be on repeat this season!

About these Peaches N' Cream Popsicles:

Okay, what I love most about this recipe is that you only need your blender. It's doesn't get easier than that! Specially when the weather is getting warmer and we can't be bothered to be turning up the oven.

For this recipe I simply blended a couple of ingredients but what makes this recipe special is the touch of candied pecans that I included. Simple and spontaneous touch that really steps up the game of these pops.

I included some vanilla grass-fed whey protein for some flavor and extra protein; along with the healthy this is the perfect combination for steady glucose levels!

To keep this paleo and dairy free I simply used almond based cream cheese, good thing to live this time of life because there's always an option for everyone! And if you are sensitive to whey protein you can use bone broth or a plant-based protein such as Nuzest (PURELYHL for discount)

Overall, these are the ingredients needed for these Peaches N' Cream Popsicles:

For the candied pecans I used the pecans from Marigold, a brand that I trust and love with all my heart (for real), because their ingredients are honest, real and they even include love. They are great, love their protein bars too. But in this case I used their candied pecans that are also keto friendly.

The full instructions will be below along with the nutritional information per serving. A good low carb and high protein recipe that will be even a good snack or treat for any time of the day! Each popsicles only has 1.9 of net carbs!

Overall this recipe is:

  • Low Carb

  • Keto

  • Dairy Free

  • Gluten Free

  • Blender Recipe

  • Meal Prep Friendly

  • Delicious!

The end result

Creamy, dreamy and peachy! Such a good combination of flavors; I mean, who could resist peaches and cream? Along with the touch of candied pecans, these popsicles are not only the easiest thing to do but they are also exquisite.

I enjoyed mine after my dinner, also as post workout or snack. They are super satisfying thanks to the fats in them and the protein. Great for those meal preps since it's easy to keep in the freezer and to make in batches.

This is a great recipe that your family or friends will love! Easy to prepare and elegant no matter the occasion, this recipe is made to enjoy in the most effortless and most delicious way ever, I mean... only simple and minimal ingredients in a healthy gluten free and low carb peaches and cream for the win!

Sharing is caring!

Remember that sharing is caring so please spread the love by saving, sharing or bookmarking this recipe for later. To cook with your loved ones on one of your amazing brunches or friend gatherings!

With love,

María
