Peanut Tikka Turkey Protein Wraps

Serves 4
Ingredients
1 lb of lean ground turkey
¼ cup chopped red onion
1 tsp of garlic powder
⅛ tsp of black pepper
½ tsp of tikka seasoning
1 lime
4 Counter Protein Tortillas
2 tbsp of prepared peanut butter powder
4-8 leaves of lettuce
2 tbsp of chopped cilantro
Red pepper for garnish
Instructions
In a non-stick skillet add the ground turkey with seasonings and cook for 5 minutes in medium heat.
Add the red onion, squeeze the lime, and cook until the meat is cooked.
In a wrap place some lettuce, meat and peanut butter.
Roll like a burrito and toast in a pan or toast oven for 5 minutes (1-2 minutes per side)
Serve and enjoy!
