You only need one bowl, so double win for a mess free and delicious healthy recipe! One of the best parts of this recipe is that it's made with simple ingredients and it just takes a few steps to make! Using my favorite ingredients; My current obsession, Organic Crescent Roll, used Immaculate Baking, along with some pears and laughing cow cheese.

We are showing some love to all my croissants and bread pudding enthusiasts... this recipe is for you! But with that I also wanted to include my personal, an extra healthy but still delicious twist by just adding some laughing cow cheese and a touch of pears, and of course, croisssants.
Key Ingredients:
Keeping it extra delicious, healthy and just epic by using some pears for the pretty pop of color and nutrients, and to make it even healthier we are using RxSugar alullose as our sweetener, some laughing cow cheese, egg whites, cinnamon, and of course some baked organic crescent rolls. A great healthy recipe without sacrificing great taste!
You won't see crescent rolls or bread pudding another way from now on! This is simply perfect for meal prep since they just require a few ingredients as well as minimal steps to make these little loaves, also ready yo attack that sweet tooth at any moment.

The base is made with simple ingredients, some apples, almond milk, egg whites, and to keep things sweet some RxSugar alullose, and for the croissants, I baked some organic crescent rolls. The perfect texture for this french toast casserole.
Feel free to to use your favorite low carb sweetener, I used RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount) but I also love using alullose or stevia for my baked goods; always a staple in my baking pantry for sure, and essential for healthier desserts.

Okay, from now on it will be hard for me to eat bread pudding another way! These are super easy to make and just super yummy, plus good for you. I have been trying to increase some antioxidants in my diet so the pears and cinnamon here hits the spot for that amazing color and nourishment.

Pear Cheesecake Pudding Croissant Bake

Serves 1 serving
Ingredients
1/2 container of organic crescent roll dough
1/4 cup of egg whites
1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 tbsp of RxSugar Maple Syrup
1/2 chopped pear
1 piece of the laughing cow cheese
Method
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Unfold the crescent roll and create mini croissants.
Bake for 12 minutes, let it cool down.
Mix all the unsweetened almond milk, cinnamon, egg whites, RxSugar Maple Syrup and vanilla extract.
Soak the croissants in the mix and transfer to a small baking dish.
Top with pear and laughing cow cheese.
Bake for 15-18 minutes.
