3 pears
2 whole organic eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup @ceresjuices pear juice
3/4 cup gluten-free flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pack of @simplydelishnatural peach jelly dessert
1/2 cup almond granola
Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the Pears: Slice the pears very thinly and set aside.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and Simply Delish peach jelly dessert. Stir until mixed well.
Add Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the organic eggs, vanilla extract, and pear juice. Pour this mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix well.
