Okay, this french toast recipe is just so good that I'm just drooling at the moment, can't wait to eat another slice of it. With all the Christmas flavors and a delicious touch of peppermint chocolate chips... PERFECTION! Plus by the look of these pictures you can se how moist, heavy and delicious it is!


For this recipe I’m using amazing and fun ingredients such as Prozis healthier version of protein fudge brownies, this one is dairy free that takes the usual french toast recipe to another level. A deliciously fun low sugar and high protein recipe that everyone can prepare at home.

Peppermint Brownie French Toast Casserole

Serves 1 serving


Ingredients

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 3 slices of Sprouted Whole Wheat Bread

  • 1 scoop of Prozis Fudge Brownie Whey Protein (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1/3 cup of Egg Whites

  • 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract

  • 1/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/4 cup of alullose or monk fruit

Toppings

Method

  1. Mix the egg whites, unsweetened almond milk, vanilla extract, whey protein and alullose in a bowl.

  2. Soak the three slices in the mix and place one slice them in a greased small baking dish.

  3. Pour over the rest of the egg white mix on top and air fry for 15 minutes at 355F.

  4. Add your toppings and enjoy!
