These oats turned out so creamy and perfect to match with marshmallows and chocolate chips (Pro Tip: Microwave for 30 seconds to make the marshmallows and chocolate melt!)... all while being low sugar and high protein. You can also make them overnight, place it in a mason jars and heat them in the microwave for a few seconds and done! Perfect dessert or breakfast!

Peppermint Mocha S'mores Oats

Serves 1


Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Purely Elizabeth Cacao Oats

  • 1 scoop of Equip Foods Vanilla Grass-Fed Protein

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1 pinch of sea salt

  • 1/4 cup of Nutpods Peppermint Mocha Creamer (PURELY_HEALTHY_LIVING for discount)

  • 1 cup of homemade oat milk

Toppings

  • 5 mini sugar-free marshmallows

  • 1 tbsp of dairy & sugar-free sprinkles


Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the oats and cook in the microwave for 1:30 minutes in high. Or just leave them overnight.

  2. Add toppings to your oats and enjoy!
