Pepperoni Goat Cheese Burrito

Serves 1
Ingredients
1 Counter Protein Tortillas
3 tbsp of organic sugar-free marinara sauce
2 mozzarella cheese sticks
2 tbsp of goat cheese
12 slices of pepperoni
Instructions
Top the protein tortilla with marinara sauce, goat cheese, pepperoni and mozzarella cheese.
Roll the burrito and toast in a pan or toast oven for 6 minutes (or in a skillet1-2 minutes per side)
Serve and enjoy!
