Persimmon Cheesecake Protein Ice Cream

Serves 1
Ingredients
1 1/4 cup (350 ml) of organic milk
1 cup of chopped persimmon
1 scoop of Happy Way vanilla whey protein (happymaria for discount)
2 tbsp of Simply Delish Vanilla Instant Pudding mix (PURELYHL for discount)
Mix-Ins
2 laughing cow cheese
Slices of persimmon
Instructions.
Mix all the ingredients for the ice cream base using a blender or milk frother.
Cover and freeze overnight.
Set it on your Ninja Creami once frozen and press on the Ice Cream option.
Add your toppings (save some for topping) and press Mix-In. Re-Spin 2 times.
Serve the ice cream and add your leftover toppings.
