Piña Colada Pitaya Bread

Serves 6-8 slices
Ingredients
Bread
1 cup of coconut flour
1 tsp of baking powder
2/3 of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)
1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut milk
2 tsp of vanilla extract
2/3 cup of diced pineapple
2 tbsp of unsweetened coconut
2 (236g) bananas
2/4 cup of diced dragon fruit (pitaya)
Dragon Fruit Glaze
1 cup of powdered alullose
1/4 cup of diced dragon fruit
1 tbsp of unsweetened coconut
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all the ingredients for the bread and place the batter into a silicone loaf dish.
Add your toppings.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
Mix the ingredients for the drizzle.
Let it cool down and top with drizzle.
Slice into 6 pieces and enjoy!
