Protein Birthday Sweet Cream Cupcakes

Serves 12 muffins
Ingredients
Cupcakes
1 1/4 cup of protein pancake mix
4 scoops of Chike Protein Coffee in Sweet Cream
1 tsp of baking powder
1/2 cup of dye-free sprinkles
1/3 of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)
1 whole egg
1/2 cup of egg whites
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/4 cup of whipping cream
Frosting
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all the dry ingredients for the cupcakes, then incorporate wet ingredients.
Stir until fully incorporated, transfer the batter into 12 silicone muffin cups.
Bake for 18 minutes and let it cool.
Mix the ingredients for the frosting, top the cupcakes with it and add more dye-free sprinkles.
