Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 3 pieces of Laughing Cow cheese

  • Stevia to taste

  • 1 scoop of 100% Vanilla Whey Protein

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 crushed Biscoff cookies

Toppings

  • Whipped cream

  • 1 Biscoff cookie


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Coffee Mousse: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, Laughing Cow cheese, stevia, vanilla whey protein, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until smooth. Divide the mixture between two glass cups for the first layer.

  2. Make the White Chocolate Mousse: In another bowl, beat the remaining ingredients until no lumps remain, creating a delicate white chocolate mousse.
