Protein Chocolate Pumpkin Pie Ganache

Serves 2
Ingredients
Instructions
Mix the pumpkin with vanilla extract, greek yogurt, protein powder, granulated monk fruit and sea salt.
Fold in the chopped bars and (save some chopped bars for the topping).
Transfer the batter into 2 cute cups and fill them half way.
Top with melted chocolate and add the rest of the batter.
Top with whipped cream and leftover chopped bars.
