Serves 10 cake pops


Ingredients

For the Cake Pops:

  • 1 pack of @simplydelishnatural Sugar-Free White Chocolate Pudding (don't forget to use discount code PURELYHL for savings!)

  • 1/2 cup of vanilla pea protein

  • 1/2 cup of gluten-free flour

  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup of sugar-free maple syrup

  • 1/4 tsp of almond extract

For the Coating:

  • 1 cup of sugar-free white chocolate chips

  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil

For Decoration:

  • Red frosting

  • Christmas sprinkles


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the pudding, vanilla pea protein, gluten-free flour, Greek yogurt, sugar-free maple syrup, and almond extract. Mix until smooth and set aside.

  2. Melt the sugar-free white chocolate chips with coconut oil using the microwave, employing the Bain Marie method.
