Protein Pecan Chai Scones with Maple Glaze

Serves 6
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup of all purpose gluten-free flour
1/3 cup of rolled oats
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of cinnamon powder
1 tsp of chai spices
2/3 cup of granulated monk fruit
2 tsp of vanilla extract
1/3 cup of ghee (room temperature)
1 cup of Wallaby's Whole Milk Aussie Style Greek Yogurt in Vanilla Bean
1 organic whole eggs
1/4 cup of crushed pecans
Sugar-Free Maple Glaze
1 cup of powdered monk fruit
3 tbsp of sugar-free maple syrup (or regular)
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix the dry ingredients for the scones.
Add the wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.
Create 6 scones and place them in a baking tray.
Bake for 25-28 minutes (they should look golden)
Mix the ingredients for the glaze.
Once the scones are baked and cooled top them with glaze.
Serve and enjoy!
