We are showing some love to all my Neapolitan and Rice Krispie treats enthusiasts... this recipe is for you! But with that I also wanted to include my personal, an extra healthy but still delicious twist by just adding the greek yogurt and a touch of sugar-free chocolate for the shell and coating and Nuzest Strawberry Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount).

Keeping it extra delicious, healthy and just epic, and to make it even healthier we are using cottage cheese with some Nuzest Strawberry Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount, some mixed sugar-free chocolate, of course. A great healthy recipe without sacrificing great taste!

The base is made with simple ingredients; sugar-free chocolate for the coating and to keep things sweet some RxSugar alullose, and of course, some Nuzest Strawberry Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount) for extra creaminess on the cottage cheese blend.
Feel free to to use your favorite low carb sweetener, I used RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount) but I also love using abullone or stevia for my baked goods; always a staple in my baking pantry for sure, and essential for healthier desserts.

Okay, from now on it will be hard for me to see cereal bars another way! These are super easy to make and just super yummy, plus better for you. I have been trying to increase some protein into my diet so Nuzest and the greek yogurt here hits the spot.

Protein Rice Krispie Neapolitan Popsicle

Serves 1 serving
Ingredients
1 Crispy "Rice Krispie" Cereal Bar (used Annie's Organic)
1/2 cup of vanilla greek yogurt
1 scoop of Nuzest Strawberry Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount)
1 melted sugar-free chocolate bar
Instructions
Mix the greek yogurt with alullose and pea protein.
Add a stick to the cereal bar and coat with the greek yogurt mix, freeze for a couple of minutes.
Melt the chocolate carefully and cover the popsicle again, add dye-free sprinkles (optional), freeze for a few minutes and enjoy!
