Pumpkin Brownie Stuffed Ghost Toast

Serves 2 stuffed french toast


Ingredients

  • 4 slices of gluten-free bread

  • 1 scoop of Equip Foods Chocolate Grass-Fed Protein

  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree

  • 1/4 cup of egg white

  • 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 tbsp of  sugar-free salted caramel syrup

Toppings

  • Sugar-Free Glaze (Powdered Monk Fruit + Almond Milk)

  • Edible white glitter (optional)


Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs, cinnamon, egg, stevia milk.

  2. Mix the greek yogurt, protein, syrup and pumpkin puree.

  3. Add a scoop of the pumpkin brownie batter over two of the breads, top with other half and cut with a ghost shaped cookie cutter.

  4. Ari fry for 5-6 minutes at 380F.

  5. Add toppings to your french toast and enjoy!
