Pumpkin Brownie Stuffed Ghost Toast

Serves 2 stuffed french toast
Ingredients
4 slices of gluten-free bread
1 scoop of Equip Foods Chocolate Grass-Fed Protein
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 cup of pumpkin puree
1/4 cup of egg white
1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp of sugar-free salted caramel syrup
Toppings
Sugar-Free Glaze (Powdered Monk Fruit + Almond Milk)
Edible white glitter (optional)
Instructions
Mix the eggs, cinnamon, egg, stevia milk.
Mix the greek yogurt, protein, syrup and pumpkin puree.
Add a scoop of the pumpkin brownie batter over two of the breads, top with other half and cut with a ghost shaped cookie cutter.
Ari fry for 5-6 minutes at 380F.
Add toppings to your french toast and enjoy!
