Pumpkin Chai Chocolate Cereal Cups

Serves 12


Ingredients

Coating

  • 1/4 cup of MCT or coconut oil

  • 3 of medium sized low carb chocolate bars (melted)

  • monk fruit drops

Filling


Method

  1. Brush the melted chocolate into 9 silicone donut molds.

  2. Save the rest for the topping and refrigerate.

  3. Mix the cereal with almond milk, peanut butter and maple.

  4. Stuff each donut mold with the cereal mix and refrigerate again.

  5. Top with leftover chocolate and refrigerate again.

  6. ENJOY!
