Pumpkin Chai Superfood Protein Cheesecake

Serves 1-3 servings
Ingredients
Cheesecake
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
1/2 cup of pumpkin puree
1 scoop of Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount)
1 Krave Plus Superfoods Smoothie Booster
1 whole organic egg
1 tsp of chai spices (cinnamon, ginger, star anise and cloves)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/4 cup of granulated monk fruit
Toppings
Whipped Cream
Crumbled Graham Cookie Bites
Brown Granulated Monk Fruit
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Blend the ingredients for the cheesecake.
Pour over a baking dish and bake for 30-32 minutes inside a larger dish half way full of water (bain-mary)
Let it cool down.
Add your toppings and enjoy!
