Pumpkin Chocolate Stuffed Cookies

Serves 6 large cookies
Ingredients
Cookies
1 cups of gluten-free all purpose flour
1 tbsp of Simply Delish Vanilla Sugar-Free Pudding (PURELY for discount)
1 tsp of cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp of chai spices (from tea bag)
1/4 cup of brown granulated monk fruit
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of baking powder
1/2 cup of granulated monk fruit
2 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 tsp of almond extract
1/4 cup of Granola Butter
1/4 cup of pumpkin puree
Chocolate Frosting
1 pack of Simply Delish Chocolate Frosting Mix (PURELY for discount)
1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix the dry ingredients for the cookies.
Add the wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.
Create 6 large cookies.
Bake for 11 minutes.
Mix the ingredients for the frosting until there are no lumps left.
Once bake and still warm press with a spoon the center to create space for the frosting.
Fill the cookies with the frosting and enjoy!
