We are showing some love to all my Raffaello Candy and Date enthusiasts... this recipe is for you! But with that I also wanted to include my personal, an extra healthy but still delicious twist by just adding some hazelnuts and coconut and a of course, of sugar-free white chocolate with a touch of D'vash Date Syrup.

Keeping it extra delicious, healthy and just epic, and to make it even healthier we are using sugar-free white chocolate chips with some D'vash Date Syrup, some hazelnuts with unsweetened coconut, of course. A great healthy recipe without sacrificing great taste!
You won't see dates recipes another way from now on! This is simply perfect for meal prep since they just require a few ingredients as well as minimal steps to make these little loaves, also ready yo attack that sweet tooth at any moment.
The base of this Raffaello Date Bark:
The base is made with simple ingredients, dates, sugar-free white chocolate for the coating and to keep things sweet some D'vash Date Syrup and some hazelnuts with coconut, unsweetened.
Feel free to to use your favorite low carb sweetener, I used D'vash Date Syrup but I also love using stevia for my baked goods; always a staple in my baking pantry for sure, and essential for healthier desserts.

Okay, from now on it will be hard for me to see date bark another way! These are super easy to make and just super yummy, plus better for you. I have been trying to increase some healthy fats into my diet so coconut and hazelnuts are perfect here.

Raffaello Date Bark

Serves 2-4 serving
Ingredients
Toppings
2 tbsp of crushed hazelnuts
2 tbsp of unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
Remove the seeds from the dates and open them carefully. Place them flat over a silicone mold.
Melt the white chocolate chips and mix with the date syrup, spread over the dates.
Add the toppings and refrigerate for a couple of minutes. Enjoy!
