Perfect cookie consistency! It's soft and chewy, the whey protein in this recipe makes the crust of the cookie perfect and toasty with the soft chewy filling. A recipe with flavors that are hard to resist... sharing was optional. Did I shared? Noup.
You might want to save this recipe because a second recipe might be needed here! I shared some of the pops with my friends but they were just too good as my afternoon snack after crossfit or dessert that I had to make some more.

Raspberry Heart Macaroons

Serves 13 servings
Ingredients
1 pack of Simply Delish Raspberry Dessert
2 cups of unsweetened coconut shreds
1 cup of egg whites
1/3 cup of alullose
1/4 cup of grass-fed whey protein (used Marigold - PURELYHL for discount)
Method
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour into a silicone heart mold and fill them with the cookie dough.
Bake for 15 minutes, let cool down and enjoy!
