  • 1 1/4 cups Dilettoso VaVa Vanilla Pancake Mix

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 3 tablespoons natural red coloring

  • 2 whole eggs (room temperature)

  • 1/2 cup almond butter

  • 2/3 cup granulated monk fruit sweetener

Mix-Ins:

  • 8 sugar-free marshmallows

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Dilettoso pancake mix, cocoa powder, and monk fruit sweetener until evenly blended.
