2/3 cup granulated monk fruit sweetener
3/4 cup almond butter
1 1/2 tbsp of buttermilk
2 tsp of natural red coloring
2 large organic eggs
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 pinch of sea salt
For the Filling:
1 cup of Greek yogurt
1 scoop of Marigold Strawberry Sundae Collagen Powder
2 packs of Simply Dessert Strawberry Jel Mix
1/2 cup of powdered monk fruit
1 tsp of vanilla extract
