Roasted Avocado Chicken Sausage Frittata

Serves 9 servings
Ingredients
5 organic eggs
1 tsp of garlic
½ tsp of pink salt
⅛ tsp of black pepper
1/4 cup of chopped red onion
1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
2 chopped jalapeños
3 True Story Organic Chicken Sausages
1/2 sliced avocado
Method.
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour into a greased 8x8 baking dish and bake for 32 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
