But with that I also wanted to include my personal, an extra healthy but still delicious twist by just adding the marshmallows and a touch of keto chocolate syrup, and also, Scottys Keto Fudge Brownie Mix.

Feel free to to use your favorite low carb sweetener, I used RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount) but I also love using abullone or stevia for my baked goods; always a staple in my baking pantry for sure, and essential for healthier desserts.

Rocky Road Brownies

Serves 12 serving
Ingredients
1 pack of Scottys Keto Fudge Brownie Mix
2 large eggs
1/4 cup of water
3/4 cup of butter
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Toppings
2 cups of sugar-free marshmallows (used Choc Zero)
2 tbsp of sugar-free chocolate chips
1/4 cup of almonds
Method
Preheat the oven at 325F.
Mix the ingredients for the brownies, pour the brownie batter into 12 silicone baking cups.
Bake for 18 minutes.
Let them cool down, add your toppings and melt the marshmallows in the oven for 3 minutes of using a kitchen torch.
