Chocolate Caramel Pistachio Carrot Cake

Serves 6-10 slices
Ingredients
Bread
1 1/4 cup of gluten-free pancake mix
1 tsp of baking powder
1/4 tsp of cardamom
1 tsp of cinnamon
2/3 cup of Rx Sugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)
1 banana
1/2 cup of Artisana Organics Walnut Butter
1/4 cup of real honey
2 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of water
Toppings
1/4 cup of freeze dried strawberries
2 tbsp of dried rose petals
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 325F.
Mix all the all the dry ingredients for the bread.
Add the wet ingredients and mix again.
Transfer to a silicone loaf baking dish.
Add the toppings
Bake for 32-35 minutes.
Let it cool down, slice into 6-10 slices, enjoy!
