Salami Turkey Breakfast Cheesy Burrito

Serves 1
Ingredients
1/4 cup of cooked turkey sausage
1/2 cup of egg whites
1 whole egg
Salt and pepper for eggs
4 slices of salami
2 pieces of the laughing cow cheese
1 Counter Protein Tortilla
Instructions
Mix the egg whites and egg with seasonings. Cook in a skillet for 1-2 minutes in low heat
Top with cheese, salami and turkey patty, add the tortilla and let it cook for 2:00 minutes.
Roll like a burrito, serve and enjoy!
