About this Salmon Papas Bravas:

This is extremely easy to make and extremely flavorful! The ingredients are simple and short, and the process of making these is just as minimal and easy, you'll be surprised... your guests and their tastebuds! This recipe is perfect no matter the occasion but I wanted to add a little fun twist by using a homemade garlic aioli, roasted onion and, of course, salmon.


A list of ingredients and that you may already have in your pantry, this recipe has also a homemade greek yogurt "aioli" garlic sauce that mix in so perfectly!



What's in this Salmon Papas Bravas?

As I mentioned earlier, I used some keta salmon but feel free to use your favorite one! The seasonings included in this recipe are real salt, black pepper, garlic powder and some Spanish paprika.


I used wild-caught salmon but feel free to use your favorite protein! As a nutritionist I know that healthy eating should be sustainable and convenient without sacrificing any taste.

This are easy to make, crispy, flavorful and so addicting! I'm obsessed, and since I have always been a fan of papas bravas with the kick of paprika. Served with salmon is just another level up and the flavors that are a tastebud pleaser.


Seriously could eat these papas bravas any day... simply amazing.

Salmon Papas Bravas

Serves 2 servings


Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of wild-caught salmon

  • 1/4 tsp of sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp of garlic

  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp of paprika

Papas Bravas

  • 3 cups of sliced baby potatoes

  • 1/2 cup of chopped onion

  • 1 tsp of garlic

  • 1 tsp of paprika

  • 2 roasted tomatoes

Garlic Sauce

  • 1/4 cup of greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp of garlic

  • 1 lime


Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Season the salmon and place them in a baking dish.

  3. Bake for 18-20 minutes.

  4. In a skillet cook onion until golden.

  5. Blend with rest of the ingredients.

  6. Slice the potatoes and air fry for 25 minutes at 385F.

  7. Mix the ingredients for the garlic sauce.

  8. Serve potatoes with shredded salmon top with salsa brava and mixed garlic sauce.
