Salted Caramel Sweet Potato Ice Cream

Serves 1
Ingredients
1 cup of frozen cottage cheese
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop of Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount)
1/2 cup of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)
1 cup of steamed sweet potato
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Toppings
1/4 cup of crushed honey salted pretzels (used Quinn)
RxSugar Caramel Syrup to decorate the jar (optional)
Instructions.
Blend all the ingredients except for the toppings.
In a jar pour the chocolate syrup and with a milk frother decorate the jar.
Pour the ice cream and add your toppings.
