Salted Honey Protein Pie

Serves 2 pies


Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup of BeeNZ Manuka Honey

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 2 scoops Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 3/4 cup of vanilla greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp sea salt flakes

  • 1 cup of strawberries (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Blend all the ingredients, except for the sea salt, for about 30 seconds. Or mix in a bowl until there are no lumps left.

  3. Pour the pie batter into 2 small baking dishes.

  4. Top sea salt.

  5. Bake for 35 minutes, turno off the oven and let it cool down inside.

  6. Take out, and decorate with extra honey and strawberries.
