Who else loves chocolate no matter the season? Hard to resist any type of creamy, silky and flavorful recipe, I'm simply combining it with my favorite low carb and gluten free chocolate protein bars, melted chocolate and greek yogurt along with some grass-fed rich chocolate protein, these bars are amazing!


This recipe had an unexpected twist but it was delicious and you are going to love how easy these are to make, and your gut will do too since we are using grass-fed whey protein that will provide amino acids for that gut barrier. Plus we are keeping it gluten free as well!

How can we say no to a good chocolate over chocolate combo recipe? There's something irresistible about the taste and texture that I just couldn't resist! I also wanted to include some keto and high protein chocolate bars from Marigold... EPIC COMBO!

Gingerbread Caramel Cookie Bars

Method

  1. Mix the greek yogurt with monk fruit, whey protein half of the melted chocolate.

  2. Transfer to a pair of silicone loaf dishes.

  3. Chop the bar and add as topping.

  4. Drizzle the rest of the melted chocolate.

  5. Refrigerate or freeze overnight and enjoy the day after!
