We all love a good bread, specially homemade! A fluffy bread with the special ingredients we all love, in my case I love cinnamon and cereal so I couldn't resit making this crunchy bread with the crunch of cereal, low carb and gluten free goodness!


For this recipe I kept is very simple but I also wanted to add a twist of some fall flavors such as cinnamon and keto snickerdoodle cookies a nice level up that included protein cereal in cinnamon flavor, this will just add that crunch to this epic recipe. We are keeping it gluten free as well!

Okay, so as I mentioned earlier I'm using Super Keto Snickerdoodle Cookies that are also gluten free and keto certified. But I'm also using protein cereal to add a little of extra crunch to the recipe, the ones I'm using are from Iwon Organics. The chunks in here are huge and so tasty so you can bet they did a great job in this recipe.



Also, the nut butter here is just essential, you can use your favorite one, I used Nuttzo because it includes different nuts and seeds so that means it's extra nutrient dense.

Snickerdoodle Cookie Cereal Bread

Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix the dry ingredients for the base, and then add the eggs, nut butter and stir well.

  3. Pour the mix into two baking loaf baking dishes and bake for 20-24 minutes.

  4. In a bowl mix the greek yogurt and protein coffee.

  5. Once the loafs have cooled down top with the greek yogurt mix and finally with the cereal and keto cookies.

  6. Cut into 12 pieces and enjoy!
