Speculoos Protein Vegan Blondies

Serves 6-9 pieces
Ingredients
1 1/4 cup Prozis Plant-Based Speculoos Protein ("PURELYHL" for discount)
1 1/2 cup of cooked pinto beans
1/3 cup of RxSugar Caramel Keto Syrup
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/4 cup of cinnamon almond butter (or regular)
1/3 cup of alullose or monk fruit
Toppings
1 whole bar of dark chocolate (I used Ritter Sports in Marzipan)
Method
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Process or blend all the ingredients for the blondies until fully incorporated.
Pour the bread batter into a silicone 8x8 baking dish and add chopped chocolate.
Bake for 32-35 minutes.
Let it cool down and cut into 6-9 pieces.
