This recipe is perfect no matter the occasion but I wanted to add a little fun twist by using some Spice Mode, Hot Mirchi Chile Ancho seasoning, chipotle ranch and roasted onions... can't get enough!

Spicy Breakfast Burger

Serves 4
Ingredients
1lb of extra lean ground turkey
1 tsp of garlic powder
⅛ tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of Spice Mode Hot Mirchi seasoning
½ cup of egg whites
½ cup of roasted red onion
1 cup of lettuce
4 slices of low fat cheddar cheese
4 tbsp of chipotle ranch dressing
4 low carb burger buns (love Eat Royo - PURELYHL for discount)
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix the ground turkey with seasonings and create 4 patties.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Slice the buns and top each one with lettuce, cooked turkey, low fat cheese, roasted onion, egg whites.
Top with the leftover burger bun and enjoy!
