As I mentioned earlier, I used Eat Royo (PURELYHL for discount) low carb bagels which are super versatile and made with just simple ingredients, perfect for your bagel recipes, this one for sure! The seasonings included in this recipe are red onion, marinara sauce, dried parsley and pickles jalapeños.

Spicy Cottage Cheese Pizza Toast

Serves 1 serving
Ingredients
1/2 low carb sesame seed bagel (used Eat Royo- PURELYHL for discount)
1/4 cup of sugar-free marinara sauce
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
1 tbsp of chopped red onion
4 slices of turkey pepperoni
2 tbsp of pickled jalapeños
1 tsp of dried parsley
Method
Air fry the bagel for 4 minutes at 380F.
Spread the marinara on top of the bagel followed by the rest of the ingredients.
Air fry for 4 minutes at 380F.
Serve and enjoy!
