Spicy Garlic Cheese Bread

Serves 8-10 slices
Ingredients
1 cup of gluten-free flour
1 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of sea salt
1/8 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of garlic
1 tbsp of chopped dried onion
1/2 tbsp of red pepper flakes
3 oz. of chopped Gardner's Wisconsin Cheese
2 whole eggs
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup of ghee
Method
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all the dry ingredients for the bread.
Add the melted ghee, eggs and unsweetened almond milk.
Add part of the cheese and mix.
Pour over a silicone loaf baking dish.
Top with leftover cheese.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
Let it cool down, slice and enjoy!
