Spicy Peanut Celery Salad

Serves 4
Ingredients
2 cups of chopped celery
2 chopped carrots
2 packs of stevia
1/4 cup of soy sauce
1/2 tbsp of sriracha sauce
1 tsp of garlic
2 tbsp of dried onion flakes
1 lime
2 tbsp of peanut butter powder (or regular)
2 tbsp of water
Garnish
1/2 tbsp of red pepper
1/4 cup of cilantro
2 tbsp of crushed peanuts
Instructions
Mix the soy sauce, sriracha, seasonings, lime juice, stevia and peanut butter powder with water in a jar.
Add the chopped celery and carrots in a bowl and mix with the peanut sauce.
Serve and top with garnish!
