Spicy Peanut Mango Noodles

Serves 1
Ingredients
1 Pack Ramen Noodles
½ bell pepper
½ large cucumber
1 small carrot
1 cup of chopped mango
½ cup of sliced of jicama
⅓ cup of chopped cilantro
2 tbsp of peanut butter powder
1 tbsp of coconut aminos
1 lime
Peanut Butter Sauce
Instructions
Cook the noodles in boiling water for 4 minutes, and strain water.
Wash and slice all the vegetables.
Cook the carrots for 2 minutes in the microwave.
Mix the ingredients for the peanut butter dressing and pour over noodles with the sauce packet included in the noodles.
Mix in the vegetables, serve and enjoy!
