Sriracha Peanut Veggie Burger Salad Bowl

Serves 2-3
Ingredients
2 Actual Veggies in Black Bean
1/4 cup of peanut powder
3 tbsp of water
½ tsp of garlic
⅛ tsp of black pepper
1 tbsp of sriracha
3 cups of fresh spinach
1/4 sliced bell pepper
1/4 roasted red onion
1 sliced roasted jalapeños
Instructions
Cut into cubed the veggie burgers.
Air fry the veggie burgers for 18 minutes at 380F.
Mix the peanut powder with water, salt, garlic and chipotle.
Mix the air fried veggie burgers with the peanut butter sauce and sriracha.
Serve in a bowl with spinach, bell pepper, sliced burgers and roasted vegetables.
