I am a huge fan of making my own kitchen fusion experiments; my Mexican blood never stops and in this occasion I couldn't resist making this Sweet Orange Chicken with pickled jalapeños and pineapple that will take your tastebuds to another level!
To keep it extra easy for both of us I used Real Good Foods Sweet Orange Chicken that you can find locally or on their site and made my sauce... this whole recipe was EPIC and took me less than 30 minutes to make!

This is extremely easy to make and extremely flavorful! The ingredients are simple and short, and the process of making these is just as minimal and easy, you'll be surprised... your guests and their tastebuds! This recipe is perfect no matter the occasion but I wanted to add a little fun twist by using some pineapple, pickled jalapeños and crispy chicken of course!

Spicy Pineapple Orange Crispy Chicken

Serves 1-2 serving
Ingredients
1 box of Real Good Foods Sweet Orange Chicken
To Serve
2 tbsp of chopped cilantro
2 tbsp of chopped red onion
1/3 cup of chopped pineapple
2 tbsp of sliced pickled jalapeños
Method
Air fry the chicken for 16 minutes at 385F.
Mix the ingredients for the chipotle miso sauce.
Once cooked add the orange sauce in the chicken, mix and serve in a plate.
Top with the red of the ingredients and enjoy.
