Spicy Queso Pineapple Nachos

Serves 1-2
Ingredients
4 cups of blue corn totopos (used Siete)
1 cup of chopped roasted pineapple
1 sliced roasted jalapeño
3/4 cup of dairy free queso sauce (used Simply Organic)
5 slices of chopped salami
½ tbsp of dried red pepper chili flakes
Instructions
Air fry the sliced jalapeños and pineapple for 20 minutes at 355F.
Serve the corn tortilla chips in a bowl, top with the rest of the ingredients and enjoy!
