Strawberry Carrot Easter Egg Bread

Serves 6-8 pieces


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup Prozis Protein Pancake Mix in Strawberry Cheesecake flavor ("PURELYHL" for discount)

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 1/2 cup of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)*

  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 2/3 cup of water

  • 3 bananas

  • 1 cup of shredded carrot

  • 1/4 cup of RxSugar Keto Caramel Syrup

  • 1/3 cup of mini easter eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix the pancake mix with alullose and baking powder.

  3. Heat the bananas for 2 minutes in the microwave.

  4. Add the vanilla extract, bananas, carrots, water, caramel syrup and part of the easter eggs (chopped).

  5. Pour the mix into a silicone loaf baking dish.

  6. Top with leftover mini eggs and bake for 30 minutes.

  7. Let cool down, slice into 8 pieces and enjoy!
