Using my favorite ingredients; My current obsession, Organic Crescent Roll, used Immaculate Baking, along with some strawberries and laughing cow cheese.

We are showing some love to all my croissants and any holiday baking enthusiasts... this recipe is for you! But with that I also wanted to include my personal, an extra healthy but still delicious twist by just adding some strawberries, vanilla extract, laughing cow cheese, and of course, crescent roll dough.

Keeping it extra delicious, healthy and just epic by using some strawberries for the pretty pop of color and nutrients, and to make it even healthier we are using RxSugar alullose as our sweetener, some powdered monk fruit, vanilla extract and of course some baked organic crescent rolls. A great healthy recipe without sacrificing great taste!
You won't see crescent rolls another way from now on! This is simply perfect for meal prep since they just require a few ingredients as well as minimal steps to make these little loaves, also ready yo attack that sweet tooth at any moment.

The base is made with simple ingredients, some strawberries, laughing cow cheese, and for the croissants, I baked some organic crescent rolls. The perfect texture flaky and buttery flavor.
Feel free to to use your favorite low carb sweetener, I used RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount) but I also love using alullose or stevia for my baked goods; always a staple in my baking pantry for sure, and essential for healthier desserts.

Strawberry Cheesecake Crescent Rolls

Serves 8 serving
Ingredients
1 container of organic crescent roll dough
2 cups of frozen strawberries
1/2 tsp of stevia
5 pieces of laughing cow cheese
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Sugar Free Glaze
1/2 cup of powdered monk fruit
2 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp of freeze dried strawberries (for final touch)
Method
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Microwave the strawberries for 3 minutes, let it cool down and remove most of excess liquid.
Mix the strawberries with vanilla and stevia until you create a jam.
Unfold the pie or crescent dough.
Spread the laughing cow cheese all over the dough and top with strawberry "jam".
Slice the dough into 8 triangles.
Roll carefully from the larger part to the shorter part.
Bake for 15 minutes, they should look golden and crispy.
Mix the ingredients for the glaze and top the rolls once cooled down.
Sprinkle freeze dried strawberries and enjoy!
