Strawberry Chipotle BBQ Crispy Tofu Salad

Serves 2
Ingredients
1 block of organic extra firm tofu
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of sea salt
⅛ tsp of black pepper
1 tbsp of cocoon aminos
1 tbsp of cornstarch
4 tbsp of Pepper Exchange Strawberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce
Salad
3 cups of copped lettuce
1 cup of arugula
1/2 cup of fresh of raspberries
1 chopped bell pepper
3 tbsp of your favorite dressing
Instructions
Drain the excess liquid of the tofu.
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all the ingredients for the tofu.
Transfer the tofu to a baking tray and bake for 28-32 minutes or air fry for 24 minutes at 355F.
Mix the ingredients for the sauce and microwave for 2:30 minutes, keep an eye to avoid getting the sauce overflowing the mug.
Once the tofu is cooked add the sauce and cover entirely.
Serve with vegetables, enjoy!
